Exchange and Return

We hope you love your new accessories! However, if you’re not completely happy with it or you simply changed your mind, we are more than happy to exchange it or give you a refund.

We truly want to provide the best experience to our customers so our number one priority is to make sure you are happy and completely satisfied with your purchase and shopping experience. 

Can I return my item(s)? 

Please see the return guidelines listed below to see if purchased items are eligible for a return. We offer 14-day returns for all customers, please note that a return shipping fee is deducted from the refund amount. The return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered/picked up. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. 

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage.
  • All earrings must be in original and unopened packaging.

All below items are non-returnable:

  • Worn items. 
  • Gift cards.

Can I make an exchange?

We offer a 14-day exchange on all eligible items. Please have your order confirmation email or order number. To qualify for an exchange, all items must meet the same return qualifications listed in our Returns Policy.

When will I receive my refund? 
You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time (5-10 business days) for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
